1. Black Hole

"Black Hole" is a series of images, which shows paint modeled by centripetal force. The setup is very simple: Various shades of acrylic paint are dripped onto a metallic rod, which is connected to a drill. When switched on, the paint starts to move away from the rod, creating these amazing looking structures.

The Photographs Behind Gil Elvgren’s Pin-Up Girl Art
The pin-up paintings (and photographs, of course) were created by Gil Elvgren, one of America’s most notable pin-up artists. What you may not realize (we didn’t at first), is that the photographs all show the same model — Elvgren’s wife — though she appears with different haircuts, and obviously wearing every outfit under the sun.

For the latest We Shoot Bottles newsletter to remind people it’s only 60 days ‘til Christmas! - we decided to produce an image that reflected the product photography while being FULL of christmas, I think we managed it!
